KPCC president has started his campaign supportying the party candidate T B Jayachandra  at Sira Assembly constituency. He started from the party’s stronghold 13 villages of Kallambella hobli in SIRA constituency. Kallambella Assembly constituency was merged with Sira after a delimitation exercise in 2008. T B Jayachandra was a two-time MLA from the earlier Kallambella Assembly constituency. Shivakumar said, people should bring Congress back to power in the state and should set an example by electing Jayachandra.
