Corona test to be done at UP railway station of passengers coming from Delhi

Chandaul: Corona cases are increasing day by day in Delhi. Vigilance is also being increased in Uttar Pradesh. According to recently received information, after starting random testing on the Noida border of passengers coming from Delhi, now passengers coming from trains will also be examined at the station. It is being told that the passengers whose reports will come positive will be sent to the hospital. It is also being said that no passenger will be allowed outside the station without investigation.

Presently, the shift-wise duty of 16 doctors has been imposed for investigation at PDDU Junction (Mughalsarai) station of Chandauli. The District Magistrate of Chandauli has given this order and after this order, the CMO has also issued instructions. Teams have been directed to check every passenger after reaching the station from 10 pm on Wednesday night. There is Chhath Puja at this time and keeping this in view, a large number of travellers are reaching Mughal Sarai.

Apart from Chandauli in UP, people will travel in nearby districts or it may be that they will go to their homes. In view of this, passengers will be tested with rapid antigen kit. When the report comes negative, the passenger will be allowed to go outside the station. In addition to RPF and GRP, the local police is also going to be on the spot to help the doctors here.
