King Kohli hits 'Fifty of Victory' in all three formats of cricket, becomes only player

New Delhi: Team India captain Virat Kohli has created another history in the Test and ODI formats on Monday. Virat Kohli has become the first player in the world to win more than 50 in each format of cricket. The victory against New Zealand in the Mumbai Test was the 50th Test win for Virat Kohli as a player.

 

 

King Kohli has also been congratulated by the BCCI on this historic achievement. BCCI tweeted that 'Congratulations to Virat Kohli. The first player to win more than 50 in every format of cricket.' Mentions that Virat Kohli has played a total of 97 Test matches so far, out of which India have won 50 matches. India has also lost a total of 28 Tests in Kohli's presence, while a total of 19 matches have been drawn. Speaking of ODI cricket, Kohli has a total of 153 wins in his career, 88 matches lost, 5 matches tied. While 8 matches have not yielded any results. In his T20 career, Virat Kohli has won a total of 59 matches as a player, losing 31 matches.

If you look at Virat Kohli's record as captain, it was his 39th win in a Test match. Virat Kohli has captained 66 Test matches so far, winning 39 and losing 16 matches. It is under Virat Kohli that the Indian team has once again moved up to number one in the Test rankings.
