The World Compassion Movement established WORLD KINDNESS DAY in 1998 to encourage kindness around the world. It is celebrated yearly on November 13 as part of the World Kindness Movement. Many countries, including the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates, observe it. World Kindness Day gives us the chance to think about one of the most fundamental and unifying human values. Try to promote and disseminate this vital trait that brings people of all kinds together on a day dedicated to the good potential of both great and small acts of kindness. Kindness has become a rare in the age of social media, when it is simpler to troll or focus hate against someone without facing any actual consequences. World Kindness Day is here to remind us that small acts of kindness, such as recognising someone's work, may make a big difference. It is a win-win situation for both the recipient and the person who does the activity to be nice. There are a variety of ways to project one's compassion and encourage others to do the same. According to the World Kindness Movement, the goal of World Kindness Day is to "promote good activities in the society by focusing on the positive power and common thread of kindness that unites us." The day has gained true global recognition since its inception more than two decades ago, with events related with it attracting participants from every inhabited continent. Concerts, dance mobs, and the distribution of "kindness cards" have been among the events.
