In the Indian state of Haryana, the government will send migrant workers desirous of going home to their home states free of cost in the next seven days with 100 special trains and 5000 buses. Haryana Government has decided to bear all the expenses. 100 special labor trains will be run for Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Migrant workers will be sent home through 5000 buses in western Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Uttarakhand.

According to the promise of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, the government has finalized the preparations to send workers home. So far 23452 migrant workers have been transported to their home states through various trains and buses. 13347 migrant laborers have been transported to Uttar Pradesh. 3133 migrant laborers from Uttarakhand and 3593 Bihar have been sent home.

2549 migrant laborers have been transported to Madhya Pradesh, 435 migrant laborers to Rajasthan, 221 to Punjab, 54 migrant laborers to Himachal Pradesh, 46 to Kerala, 32 to Assam, 23 to Maharashtra and 19 to Gujarat. CM Manohar Lal has said that he will send every laborer desirous of returning home with proper arrangements. If the workers stop in Haryana itself, then it will be better in terms of work.
