Lucknow: Middle-class families are facing more problems due to Corona epidemic. Meanwhile, the crisis of salaries of 108, 102 and Advance Life Support Ambulances employees in the state is not ending. About 19 thousand employees have not yet received their salary for June. Employees say that if the remaining salary is not received in 24 hours, then work will be boycotted in the entire state.

The employees allege that four officers of the operator company GVK EMRI are harming the government exchequer every month by cheating in the bill. Due to this, there is a lot of difficulty in passing the bill from the government, and there is a delay in paying salary to the employees. Employees are physically and mentally broken due to non-payment of salary, during which five-six ambulance drivers have lost their lives in accidents.

While stating further, the employees said that on July 10, the approval was made on the payment of salary in the arbitration of the Additional District Commissioner. Even after this, the salary of June has not been received yet. On July 13, the ambulance employees wrote a letter to the state CM, MD NHM and company officials, demanding payment of arrears, but payment was not made. Employees allege that the company is openly violating labour laws by making them work for 12 hours at a rate of Rs 5480 per month.
