New Delhi: After the captive of covid-19 period, the Missing of children in Delhi is increasing. On an average, 11 children are disappearing daily in the last 8 months. In which the children disappeared from the outer northern district. Number two is of the outer city. The best situation in this case is that of New Delhi. Only nine children have gone missing during this period.
It has been learned that the Delhi Police is finding 7 children on an average daily and bringing them back to their families. The miscreants who kidnap the children have been taken into custody by the police, it is known that their gangs work in an organized manner. They kidnap children for the adoption of someone's missing, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, organ trafficking and bonded labor. According to Delhi Police data, by August 2020 more than 2600 children went missing. The highest number of 344 children disappeared from the outer-northern district. So far 254 children have gone missing. At the same time, only 9 children from New Delhi have been kidnapped from Central district. Most children are disappearing from areas like Alipur, Shahabad Dairy and Narela.
Promotion on finding 50 children: Delhi Police Commissioner SN Srivastava has pledged to promote the havildar or constable, who recently found 50 children in a year, in turn, to find children who have been kidnapped or separated from their families. All children must be under 14 years of age. Of these, 35 children should be below 14 years and the remaining 15 children should be below 8 years. Similarly, if a policeman is looking for 20 children in a year, then he has also been promised to be awarded the Extraordinary Work Award. For this, 15 children should be below 14 years and at least five children should be below 8 years.
