At the same time, former DUTA chief Rajib Ray while talking to the media said 'The salary is getting delayed due to a lack of funds. In 12 colleges including Deen Dayal Upadhyay College, teachers' salaries are being cut or delayed for the last 4 years. We have also protested for this 4-6 times in a year, But no solution came out. Medical bills are not being paid. Non-teasing staff is also facing problems.'
