Lucknow: A case of rape with a minor student has come up in the police station Modinagar area of Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. According to the information, the rape incident has been carried out by two students with a minor student studying in class three. The most surprising thing is that both raping students are also minors.
Man was running away after killing his own parents, died on the way
One of the two alleged rape accused is a Class 9 and a Class 10 student. The age of both the convicted students is said to be around 13 and 14 years while that of the victim girl is 12 years. On the complaint of the incident, the Modinagar police arrested both the accused students and also registered a case under the Poxo Act. The victim's mother has told that she had gone to work and the girl was alone at home. Meanwhile, both the students living in the neighborhood entered the house with the student and carried out the rape incident.

In the evening when the girl's mother returned home from work, the student told her mother all the problems. After which the woman reached the Modinagar police station with the girl student and gave a complaint against both the accused students. Giving information about this whole case, the jurisdiction officer Mahipal Singh has said that a complaint has been given by the victim's family. On the basis of the complaint, both the accused have been arrested by registering the case and the investigation is on.
