An interesting thing about the ancient creature in Hyderabad Zoo has been observed. In the premises at Nehru Zoological Park, tired chewing carrots and cucumbers is a 125-year-old plus-old Galapagos giant turtle. Weighing more than 200 kg, it is also the oldest resident of the city zoo that arrived here in 1969.
