Agartala: On the day of Tripura, corona cases are increasing. 127 new cases of corona have been reported in the state, due to which the total number of corona infected in the state has increased to 7,079, while the death toll has increased to 55 due to the death of 5 more people due to the virus. A health department official has given this information. In this regard, the officer has told that treatment of 1,855 infected people is going on in the state, while 5,151 people have become healthy with the disease. Eighteen patients have moved to other territories.

On Saturday, 5 people died of corona at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC). 2 out of 5 persons were residents of West Tripura District, while 2 were from Sepoy District and 1 person was from Gomti District. The officer has further told that the Health Department has so far investigated 2,18,984 for corona in the state.

Talking about the corona figures of the country, then cases of corona infection are constantly increasing. Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, 57,982 new cases of infection have been reported and 941 people have died. According to the data released on Monday by the Ministry of Family and Health, the number of corona cases in India has increased to 26,47,664. There are 6,76,900 active cases and 50,921 people have died. There are 19,19,843 people who have become healthy or have been discharged from the hospital.
