Bokaro: In Bokaro, Jharkhand, the police have arrested a criminal who blackmailed and sexually exploited a 14-year-old minor girl. The victim told that the criminal had been doing dirty work with her for two years. This time she did not come under the pressure of the criminal, so he sent some obscene videos of the victim to the school by e-mail. Thereafter, there was a stir in the school and the school management called the girl's parents and informed them about the matter.
As per the information received, the culprit does the work of video editing. Jilaul Mustafa alias Armaan, a resident of Karmatad Harla, trapped a 14-year-old girl from another community in his love trap and then started doing wrong things with her. The victim told the police that on the day of Holi in 2020, the criminal called her to her house and tricked her by intoxicating her. After this, he raped her and also made obscene videos. Since then Armaan was physically abusing her for two years threatening to make the video viral.
On the complaint of the victim, the police arrested the culprit. The victim's mother told that on December 3, she had received a message from the management of her daughter's school that an obscene video had come in the mail. After this, she asked the daughter. She told crying that Jilaul took her to his house in Sector 9 by trapping her. She was made unconscious after feeding intoxicants, then raped, as well as made a video of her. Then we lodged a complaint at the police station. In this case, Harla Police Station Inspector Santosh Kumar said that after the application given by the family members of the girl, an FIR has been registered on the charges of rape and blackmailing by sharing the video under the POSCO Act. The criminal Jilaul has been arrested and sent to judicial custody. Along with this, counseling of the victim girl child is also being done.
