More than 1400 criminal cases have been registered against this organization and its members so far. Interrogation of top PFI leaders and suspects has revealed that this organization had formed district executive committees in various Gulf countries. The India Fraternity Forum and the Indian Social Forum were foreign groups of this organization. An official has informed that 'These groups were entrusted with the task of engaging with migrant Muslims to collect funds. Money was generally raised in cash and brought into India through hawala. Or even by sending money to the accounts of the relatives of those migrant Muslims and friends of PFI members in India.'
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned former Campus Front of India (CFI) general secretary Rauf Sharif after it came to light that the PFI also operates a secret wing. It plans and executes attacks on select Hindutva leaders. In July this year, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) member Praveen Nettaru was murdered by bike-borne assailants in retaliation for the killing of Muslim migrant labourer Masood. The local police and later the NIA found links with the PFI and SDPI of the accused. Both PFI and CFI are banned in India.

An NIA official has informed that 'PFI used to radicalize Muslim youths by showing videos of 1992 Babri Masjid demolition and 2002 Gujarat riots. Then these youths were given weapons training.' Let us tell you that, the security agencies and the police have also revealed that PFI was working on a mission to make India a Muslim nation by 2047, as well as giving cash money to Muslim youths for love jihad with Hindu girls. In the raids of the investigating agencies, such documents have been found from PFI members, in which hateful things like 'where you see Hindu worshippers, kill then' have been written.
