Mumbai: A case of gang rape of a 15-year-old minor girl has come to light at NM Joshi Marg police station in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Police have registered a case against 6 persons in this case. The surprising thing is that 3 of the criminals are minors who have been arrested by the police.

The same police have sent all three minor criminals to the child juvenile home in the Dongri area. NM Joshi Marg Police has registered a case under Section 376 (D)(2)(N), 34 of IPC and Section 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 17 of the POCSO Act. NM Joshi police said that the remaining 3 adult criminals were produced in the court yesterday. They have been sent to police custody till December 30. Police said that the criminal and the minor girl belonged to the same area and were known to each other.

In the same month, the news of the gangrape of another woman came to light from Mumbai. Here all limits of inhumanity were crossed with a 42-year-old woman. Here 3 persons entered the house and carried out the incident of gang rape. Because of this, the criminals attacked the woman with sharp weapons and also burnt her private parts with cigarettes. The police have registered a complaint in this matter and are looking for the culprits. A Mumbai Police officer said that a 42-year-old woman was gang-raped by three men after entering her house and also attacked her with a sharp weapon. The officer said that the woman told that during this her private part was also burnt by cigarettes.
