Raipur: In the border state of Andhra Pradesh, 16 children from Sukma district of Chhattisgarh were being held hostage by contractors for two months for construction work. In the first few days, the children had spoken to the housemates, but the contact was stopped later. In view of which the family members contacted the District Child Protection Department.
