A 16-year-old boy recently claimed that there is a bomb at Salman Khan's house. The boy, who hails from Ghaziabad, mailed Bandra Police Station in Mumbai and told that a bomb has been planted in the Galaxy apartment at Salman Khan's house. According to a media reporter, the 16-year-old boy also wrote in the mail that the bomb planted at Salman Khan's house would be blasted within two hours from the time of sending the mail. The boy wrote in the mail- 'There will be a blast in the Galaxy in Salman Khan's house in Bandra in the next 2 hours if you can stop then stop it.'

According to the report, this mail was sent to the Mumbai Police on 4 December. As soon as the mail was received, there was a stir among the police officers and many of the police officers, along with the team of Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) reached Salman's house. The report claimed that when the police team reached Salman Khan's house, Salman was not at his house at that time. The police and BDDS team informed Salman Khan, Salma Khan, and his sister Arpita Khan, who were present at the house, about this entire case, after which the search operation was conducted for almost 4 hours at the house of Salman Khan.

According to reports, an officer from Bandra police station told- 'We checked every corner of Salman Khan's apartment and the entire building. It took us about 3 to 4 hours. Salman's family was sent to the house only after checking. After investigation, the Mumbai Police came to know that someone has lured them. In the investigation, it was found that the boy sending the mail belongs to Ghaziabad. But as soon as the police reached to nab him, the boy escaped from there. After this, the police told the brother of the accused the whole case and forced the boy to come back home. The boy was also sent by Mumbai Police to Bandra Police Station to surrender himself. The police later presented to the boy in the Juvenile Court, from where he was later released.
