A shocking incident comes to light from Delhi where a rape survival shot the accused mother.  As per the information the 16-year-old girl was arrested after she allegedly shot at a 50-year-old woman with a county-made pistol. As per the information the victim has been identified as the of the boy she accused of rape in 2021.

The rape accused man is currently in jail in the alleged rape case. The injured lady was rushed to a hospital where she is currently undergoing treatment and is said to be out of danger. As per the information, the police control room received a call at about 5.30pm about shots being fired at Bhajanpura’s Ghonda area. When they reached the spot, they came to know that the girl had shot at the woman.

After the incident the inured lady was taken to Hospital by locals. The rape survival walked to the rape accused's mother shop. She shot at her and fled the shop. The woman runs grocery store on the ground floor of her residence. The  girl was identified by locals as well the family of the victim and she was apprehended within hours. The Police official said, “It has come to the fore that the girl had alleged that she was raped by the woman’s son in 2021.”

The Police official added, “After which a case on charges of rape and under relevant section POSCO  was registered. The 25-year-old son was then arrested and is still lodged in jail. The investigation is at a preliminary stage and the motive will become clear once the girl is interrogated at length. We are also speaking to the woman, her family and the accused’s family to ascertain the motive.”
