An 18-year-old young cricketer from Odisha died of a heart attack during the match on Monday, 10 February 2020. The cricketer has been identified as Satyajit Pradhan, who was a student of class 12 in Deravish College near Kendrapada.

According to the information, he fell unconscious during a local match at the college ground. After this, Pradhan was taken to the district hospital where the hospital authorities declared him dead. At the same time, it is being said that the police quoted hospital officials that Pradhan died of a heart attack.

It has been learned that the police said that a case of unnatural death has been registered in this context and a post-mortem will be done on Tuesday to find out the real cause of death.
