Shimla: 19 people have died of coronavirus in Himachal Pradesh. The 48-year-old woman was undergoing treatment at Tanda Hospital. She was reported positive the previous day, after which the woman was shifted to Corona Hospital in Dharamshala. The woman died due to corona on Wednesday morning. The woman was from the Dalhousie area of Chamba. DC Rakesh Prajapati has confirmed the woman's death.

On the other hand, an employee of Himachal Pradesh University has been found positive after being hit by Covid-19. The ministry of the infected employee has been sealed. After the case of infection in HPU, EC and court elections can also be postponed.

According to the information received, the employees' union completed the meeting with the vice-chancellor, demanding the closure of HPU for seven days. Significantly, this is the second Covid-19 positive case in PHU. Earlier, a worker was infected in the University Business School.

Three Covid-19 positive cases have been found in Bilaspur district. There have been two Covid-19 positive cases in Kullu district. In which a soldier and a woman of an army are involved. Army personnel have come from Kerala while the woman is being treated at IGMC Shimla. The police have quarantined nine people of the woman's family and her contacts.
