In 2001, on the anniversary of the terrorist attack on Parliament, two people carried out a smoke color attack on the New Parliament. In this case, the Special Cell team of Delhi Police has arrested two more people. Both are suspected to be in collusion with these accused. Special cell teams are busy interrogating both of them. Reports say that these people have been identified as Mahesh and Kailash. They are accused of providing logistical support to the accused. The counter intelligence unit of the special cell is interrogating these two people. Mahesh is a resident of Rajasthan and is also associated with Bhagat Singh organization. Mahesh was also going to come to the Parliament to create ruckus but due to some reason he was stopped by his family members.

Lalit Jha revealed the names of Mahesh and Kailash during interrogation:  If reports are to be believed, after running away from Delhi, Lalit went straight to his friend Mahesh's place in Rajasthan. Where Mahesh got him a room in the hotel. From there he was continuously keeping an eye on everything. When he realized that several police teams were searching for him, he came back to Delhi and last night he surrendered before the Delhi Police. After which Lalit Jha narrated the entire story to the Special Cell officials.

What is the story of Lalit Jha?: Let us tell you that preparations to enter Parliament were being made many months ago. A pass was necessary to enter Parliament and it was not available. The accused had asked everyone among their friends who could arrange the pass, due to which they were able to easily enter the Parliament. After this, Manoranjan D arranged for the entry pass and carried out this incident. According to the information received so far, among the two other people who have been detained by the police, Mahesh and his associate Kailash, Mahesh is also being called the mastermind.
