Panipat: A criminal grabbed Rs 20 lakh from a person in the name of selling a shop worth Rs 1 crore in Chandnibagh police station area of Panipat district of Haryana. The victim said that the criminal took Rs 20 lakh as earnest money and did not even get the registration done. When asked for the money back, he called his office, mixed intoxicants, made him drink alcohol and made an obscene video of him when he was unconscious. Now threatening to make the video viral, demanding Rs 10 lakh and original documents of earnest money.
A person resident of the same Chandnibagh police station said that Ravindra Arora, a resident of Sector 12, has a shop with Days Hotel. Ravindra had fixed a deal with him for Rs 1 crore. He made earnest money by paying 20 lakh rupees to Ravindra in Tehsil on 30 April 2021. On the other hand, the date of registration was kept on November 1, but he did not reach the tehsil on time. When he did not reach till evening, he got his attendance done in the tehsil. He asked Ravindra to register several times, but he kept procrastinating each time. Asked for his money, on November 21, called him to an office near Hotel Days to calculate. Ravindra and Harsh Nagpal were drinking alcohol in the office. He was also forced to drink alcohol.
It is the same allegation that intoxicants were mixed in the liquor, due to which he was not conscious. After a month, Ravindra called her and said that your obscene video has been made. Which will go viral on social media. In return for not making it viral, he will have to pay the original documents of earnest money and Rs 10 lakh.
