This will be the fourth occasion that Melbourne will host the Presidents Cup, as the Tour had previously committed to long-term partnerships with Visit Victoria for staging the event in 2028 and 2040.

Renowned for its excellence, Kingston Heath has consistently secured its position among the top courses, not only in Australia but also globally. Its design by the esteemed Australian architect Dan Soutar, with a natural bunkering layout conceptualized by the legendary Alister Mackenzie in 1926, showcases its timeless appeal. Over the years, Kingston Heath has played host to various significant championships, including the Australian Open, which it has proudly welcomed on seven occasions, most recently in 2022 when it shared hosting duties with Victoria Golf Club. Additionally, it has hosted the Australian Masters in 2009 and 2012, the Women's Australian Open in 2008, and the World Cup of Golf in 2016.
