Corona havoc rising in Indore, number of patients reaches 2107

The number of corona patients in Indore of Madhya Pradesh is increasing rapidly. Now the number of coronavirus positive patients has increased to 2107 in the city. 95 people have died of this dangerous virus and 974 patients have returned after recovering. On Tuesday, 91 new positive patients have been revealed. According to the Health Department, samples of 1376 suspected patients were taken.

1026 of these samples were investigated. Of these, 91 patients have come positive and 935 reports have come negative. The health department has confirmed the deaths of 3 patients, after which the number of dead from Corona has risen to 95. The number of people in the quarantine centers has also started increasing after more patients came to the fore. Now 1976 people have been quarantined in different centers. Samples from most of these people will be taken. On Tuesday, 48 patients have been discharged after recovering.

Lockdown will continue after May 17 with new rules

After getting some new Covid-19 positive patients in the city, the administration has declared 21 new areas as containment areas. As per order issued by Collector Manish Singh, Tirumal Nagar, Hukamchand Marg, Rukmani Nagar, Pragati Nagar, Gaffar ki Chal, Rustom's Garden, Malviya Nagar, Dravid Nagar, Bhakta Prahlad Nagar, Mahu Naka, Khajuri Bazar, Jangampura, Badi Gwalatoli, Manoramganj, Kulkarni Ka Bhatta, Abhinandan Nagar, Kumhar Bay, Jeevan Colony, Clean Pearl, Kalindi Mid Town and Pir Karadia have been declared as Containment Areas. To prevent this infection, traffic in these areas will be completely restricted. Health workers will conduct continuous screening in these areas.
