Modi is expected to arrive on June 1 at the Andrews Air Force Base in his Air India One, where he will be greeted by a gathering of Indian Americans, according to the report. During his stay, he will be accommodated at the Willard Intercontinental, conveniently located near the White House.

Upon arrival, the prime minister is scheduled to proceed to Freedom Plaza. Around 600 Indian Americans are preparing to welcome him with a cultural performance representing the diverse tapestry of India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, as mentioned by Adapa Prasad, President of Overseas Friends of BJP-USA (OFBJP-USA).

Additionally, Modi will participate in an event at the UN Headquarters in New York to commemorate International Yoga Day, as reported. A state dinner is also planned for June 22, as announced by the White House press statement.

As part of his itinerary, Modi will address a gathering of 7,000 Indian Americans on the South Lawns of the White House on the same day. He will also deliver a speech to chairpersons and CEOs of prominent US companies at the John F. Kennedy Centre in Washington, according to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

The Prime Minister has graciously accepted invitations from both the House of Representatives and the Senate to address a joint session of the US Congress on June 22. Expressing his gratitude on Twitter, PM Modi stated, "I am honored to accept and look forward to addressing a Joint Meeting of the Congress once again. We are proud of our Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership with the US, built upon the foundation of shared democratic values, strong people-to-people ties, and an unwavering commitment to global peace and prosperity."

Karine Jean-Pierre added, "The upcoming visit will reaffirm the deep and close partnership between the US and India, as well as the warm bonds of family and friendship that connect Americans and Indians. The visit will strengthen our two countries' shared commitment to a free, open, prosperous, and secure Indo-Pacific, as well as our mutual determination to enhance our strategic technology partnership in areas such as defense, clean energy, and space."

During their meetings, Biden and Modi are expected to explore avenues to expand educational exchanges and strengthen people-to-people connections.
