Kasganj: Three members of a family died in a car accident in Soron area of Kasganj district in Uttar Pradesh on Friday morning. While five others are said to be seriously injured. Police said that the accident occurred near Nagaria on the Agra Bareilly highway at about seven in the morning when BMW and Swift Dzire collided head-on. In this accident, both cars suffered damage.

After the accident, the people trapped in the car were pulled out after a lot of struggle. In the accident, three people of a family present in a Swift car died, while two others were injured. At the same time, three people present in the BMW have been injured. The injured were admitted to the district hospital where the condition of two remains critical.

According to the information, the people present in the Swift car are residents of Adarsh Nagar in Shikohabad, Firozabad district. They were headed towards Rampur. Meanwhile, they were hit by a BMW car coming from Bareilly. The passengers in the BMW are residents of Badaun, who were going to Gujarat from Ujhani.

In this accident, Dinesh, his wife Nisha and son Babu in Swift died, while Jaggu and Shivi are injured. While in BMW, Zubair, Shahil and Babu are injured. According to the police, the speed of both cars has been the cause of the accident. The bodies have been sent for postmortem and the injured are undergoing treatment. Police held nobody responsible for the accident.
