Karnal: A major accident took place in the Karnal district of Haryana on Tuesday night. Three workers died due to a blast at a firecracker factory near Ghoghadipur village in Karnal. The condition of one remains critical. All three employees who lost their lives were residents of Tamil Nadu. The police has started investigating the case.

A fire broke out in Karnal last night in a firecracker factory near Ghoghadipur gate, after which the entire factory was caught by fire. In this fierce fire, four labourers working there burnt badly. Three of which have died. One is undergoing treatment in the hospital. In the fierce fire, all the factory items, machines were burnt. Walls and ceilings have also been badly damaged. There were two explosions in the factory before the fire, after which the fire engulfed the entire factory. After receiving information about the fire, the fire brigade and police force arrived on the spot, who extinguished the fire with the help of local people.

While one factory worker is still struggling with life and death. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, DSP and SHO reached the spot. At present, the police is investigating the matter. On the complaint of the family of the deceased, a case will be registered and further action will be taken.
