Bhubaneswar: Corona infection cases are increasing rapidly throughout the country. More than 75 thousand coronavirus cases are coming out every day. 3,219 new cases of corona infection have been reported in Odisha on Wednesday. After this, the total number of corona infected in the state increased to 1,09,780. In addition, eleven patients died of corona infection. Due to this, the death toll has reached 514 in the state.
An officer of Odisha Health Department has said that most of the new cases have come out from Khurda, where 731 people have been found corona positive. After this, four hundred cases have been reported from Cuttack, 217 from Puri and 194 from Baleshwar. More than a hundred cases have been reported from 9 districts. The officer further said that 3 people have died in Ganjam, 2 in Khurd, 1 each in Baleshwar, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Raigada and Sambalpur districts. He has said that 28,443 patients of Corona are currently being treated in the state. 80,770 people have been cured of the coronavirus.
