Covid-19's attack in Punjab has been faster than expected. The number of corona patients is increasing continuously in the state. During the course of a day, 13 people died of corona in the state. The number of corona patients who have come so far has been 12843. Punjab had the highest number of 534 positive cases during 24 hours. The number of people who died in Punjab has reached 301.

In the last 24 hours, the maximum number of corona deaths in Ludhiana, Punjab has been declared. These include two women aged 66 and 69. 58 and 69 year old elderly and 26 year old man also died.

In Rupnagar city of the state, 3 people died due to corona. These include a 67-year-old woman, a 42-year-old man and a 65-year-old man. A 62-year-old man in Mohali cities, a 60-year-old woman in Amritsar in Ferozepur, a 49-year-old woman in Jalandhar, a woman and an 80-year-old elderly in Barnala died of corona. In this way, 20 people have died in Punjab in two days due to Coronavirus. In the last 24 hours, the maximum record 164 new Corona patients were confirmed in Ludhiana. 60 new patients have come to Bathinda, 48 in Amritsar, 40 in Gurdaspur, 32 in Sangrur, 47 in Patiala, 35 in Jalandhar and 32 in Sangrur.
