New Delhi: At least 45 Chinese soldiers were killed in violent clashes between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Galvan Valley. A Russian news agency TASS has claimed that at least 45 Chinese soldiers were killed in the clashes in the Galvan Valley on 15 June. 20 soldiers of the Indian Army were killed. No figures of the death of its soldiers have been officially presented by China so far.
It is noteworthy that TASS had spoken about the return of Indian and Chinese soldiers to Pangong Tso Lake, after which both China and Indian Army soldiers are now retreating. China's Defense Ministry has also confirmed the withdrawal of Chinese soldiers. In the 9th round meeting of Commander Ster, there was agreement between the two countries on the withdrawal of troops.
In the House today, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also discussed the situation of the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and he said that our strategy is that not even an inch of India's land will be allowed to be taken over by anyone. The only result of our determination is that we have reached the status of agreement. The Chinese army is withdrawing its troops from the disputed area.
