460 new soldiers recruited in J&K Light Infantry to give befitting reply to drone strikes

Srinagar: Preparations are underway to curb the continuous Drone Attack in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry is now gearing up to give a befitting reply to these attacks. The Regimental Centre of Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry organized a parade of 460 new gowns at the recruitment training camp at Dansal village under Jammu. These seals have been included in this infantry.

Lt Gen MK Das, Commandant, Officers Training Academy in Chennai and Colonel, JAK LI Regiment inspected the parade. The Commandant congratulated the jawans for their parade and motivated them to serve the country selflessly. MK Das thanked the youth of Jammu and Kashmir for joining the army of security forces and also appreciated their contribution.

Addressing the jawans, Das said, 'All of you have been selected for the Army through a fair and strict process. After 40 weeks of training, all of you soldiers are now trained.' 'I wish you all the best for the upcoming training you will receive based on your postings in different units of the Army,' he said.
