Jammu: On Sunday, suddenly the 4G mobile service started after midnight in Jammu and Kashmir. Its official order has not been issued like the government, but people have used all social sites. After midnight, people have given information about this by calling each other. Ever since it has become a matter of curiosity.

2G mobile internet service has been extended by the Home Department till 4 March. There will be strict monitoring of the use of VPNs. In the order issued by Home Department Secretary Shaleen Kabra, it was told that the restrictions will continue till March 4.

Internet service providers have been told that access to only 1674 white-list websites should be ensured, not any social media applications that provide access to P2P connectivity and VPN applications. Data services will be available on post paid mobiles and prepaid SIM cards whose certification work of the holders has been fixed as per the rules applicable for post paid connections.
