Dates: The healthiest snacks that people eat in the winter and summer are dates. These are rich in vitamins and minerals including iron, magnesium, copper, and others. Dates  are a fantastic source of antioxidants and fibre. Dates have the added benefit of being considered a natural sweetener that can regulate blood sugar levels.

Ghee: Ghee has various good qualities to eat during winter.  It is well known for making any cuisine pleasant and nutritious food.   A great source of vitamins is ghee. It aids in digestion and does wonders for lubricating joints.  You can also have it by including it in winter Ladoos. Have it daily. 

Peanuts: It is common in  India to eat roasted peanuts throughout the winter. It certainly keeps your body warm, but it also maintains the health of your heart. It is a nourishing food that also fulfils hunger. Most people enjoy eating it whole. You can also eat in the form of Peanut Chikki. 

Almonds or Walnuts: Regular consumption of almonds and walnuts during the winter months promotes a healthy heart and body, an active neurological system, and increased insulin sensitivity. You can also food that contain these two items.
