These days the problem of Low sperm count rate in male and Female infertility is increasing due to changes in diet, environment, surrounding and various other reasons especially in India,. This low sperm count, or oligospermia, might be brought on by illnesses or by the prevalent sedentary lifestyle of our day. Thyroid:  A study by the Indian Thyroid Society estimates that 70% of women with PMS have thyroid malfunction, which might lead to infertility. Poor thyroid function also has an impact on ovulation and fertility because thyroid hormones regulate cellular activity.
