4. Drink plenty of water
Water is an important component of our diet because it assists the body in disposing of waste products. Water ensures a stable blood flow in the body and provides your cells to get hydrate for proper function.

5. Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet
An easy way to improve your diet is to reduce the amount of sugar you eat. The truth is that sugar isn’t great for the body. Gradually introducing natural sugars and unrefined carbohydrates into your food.
