We all always talk about phenomenal record about the Indian Premier League. But now take a look at the worst record ever registered in the cash-enrichment league. IPL over the course of its 10 editions, has witnessed many moments of breathtaking brilliance from local players as well as foreign recruits. Here is the five worst IPL performances till date.

5. Dwayne Smith innings

Mumbai Indians post the total of 202 against Chennai Super Kings. The scoring at a run-a-ball when the rate was up at 12-13, Smith contributed to his team's downfall, ending with 57 off 48 balls, leaving the tail with too much to do.

4. Ashok Dinda

If Dinda thought that was going to be it, he had another thing coming. He was, surprisingly, handed the ball at the fag end of the innings where he was carted around by Rohit Sharma for four sixes to end with figures of 4-0-63-0.

3. Ishant Sharma

Ishant Sharma is the proud owner of the worst figures in IPL history, having conceded 66 runs in 4 overs in a game against Chennai Super Kings way back in 2013.

2. Steve Smith

With 11 required off the final over, he struck one straight to cover to be dismissed for 51 off 50. Pune ended up losing the match by 1 run in heartbreaking fashion.

1. Shane Watson

Australian all-rounder Watson considered 61 runs were the most runs ever conceded by a bowler in an IPL final and his spell probably cost RCB the match.
