Accordingly, emerging new technologies such as AI, virtual personal assistants and chatbots can reduce managers' workloads by 69% by 2024. Helen Pawtevin, Vice President (Research), Gartner, said that due to these technologies, there will be a big upswing in the role of managers in the next four years. He says that at present the managers have a lot of time to fill the form, update the information and approve the workflow. If these tasks can be done through AI, then managers will have more time to learn new things, improve performance and set new goals.
