In the coming times, new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) can make everyday tasks easier. A report by research and advisory firm Gartner said this. Accordingly, emerging new technologies such as AI, virtual personal assistants and chatbots can reduce managers' workloads by 69 percent by 2024. Helen Pawtevin, Vice-President (Research), Gartner, said that due to these technologies, the role of managers in the next four years could see a big upswing. Apart from this, he says that at present the managers have a lot of time to fill the form, update the information and approve the workflow. If these tasks are done through AI, managers will have more time to learn new things, improve performance and set new goals.

Successful use of AI
Gartner has stated in its report that by 2023 AI and new emerging technologies will remove bottlenecks in functioning. This will increase the appointments of Divyang by three times. Pawtevin said that many institutions are using AI successfully to make it easier for people with special needs.

According to the report, there is a shortage of skilled employees globally. Institutions have been struggling with talent shortage for the last several years. In such a situation, the institutes which do not hire the disabled will be left behind by their opponent. Gartner estimates that the rate of retention of employees in institutions actively employing the disabled is 89 percent higher. Also, there has been a 72 per cent increase in the productivity of the employees of such institutions and 29 per cent in profitability.

Will help to increase the impact to the personnel
According to the report, AI and emerging new technologies will definitely help shift employees' roles and increase their responsibilities and influence. It further states that restaurants are implementing AI robotics technology so that paralyzed employees can also control robotic waiters from remote locations. Due to technologies like Braille readers and virtual reality, institutions are getting ready to employ a wide workforce.
