He could not reach the hospital with oxygen at the right time.

But the tanker driver carrying oxygen strayed.

Hyderabad's Nayaranguda police traced the tanker after much effort, but by the time the tanker reached the hospital with oxygen, it was too late and 7 patients had lost their lives.
