Holi is the most colorful festival in not just India but the entire world. It is a festival of not just colors but unity, peace, and love. Holi celebrations start at the night before Holi, which is the holi eve with the bonfire. It is followed by holi the next day which is celebrated with colors.

Here are some of the facts about holi:

1# There is a slightly different version of history associated with Holi. It is said that Lord Krishna, owning to his Bluish skin complexion was skeptical about whether the beautiful Radha and her gopikas will find him attractive.
