Nowadays cases of crime are rising and shocking us. Such appalling case is reported from Salt Lake City. In this case, the owner of a 65-year-old stationery shopkeeper was arrested for sexually assaulting a minor girl inside his shop. The minor was a 7-year-old girl whose father worked as a caretaker in a block house. At about 11 a.m., he went nearby to buy some groceries when the shop owner allegedly called the minor inside the store.

According to sources, the accused allegedly sexually assaulted the girl by calling her inside the shop on the pretext of chocolate. Meanwhile, when the minor did not come home for long, her mother began to search for him. When the accused saw the woman coming, he ran away from the spot. Meanwhile, the minor victim came out of the shop in a blood-soaked condition. The minor victim reported the incident to his mother and was immediately taken to a local hospital.

When the victim's mother reported the incident to the police, they went to arrest the accused. As soon as he returned to the store, the police surrounded the store and arrested him. Police have registered a case against the accused under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and arrested the accused.
