Also, due to non-fulfillment of the prescribed rules, Kai Panchayat of Kangra assembly constituency may not participate in this project. At the same time, no Panchayat of Kangra region was involved in Mid Himalayan watershed project. Asking supplementary questions related to the matter, MLA Ashish Butel said that the Integrated Development Project is an agro-based scheme. Agriculture is practiced in every region of district Kangra. Along with this, more panchayats of the district should also be present in this project.

The DPR of this work has been sent to the Central Government for approval. According to the redesign of remaining 8 bridges, DPR has been prepared.
