Forest Minister Govind Singh Thakur has informed that 428 panchayats of the state have been present in the World Bank-funded Integrated Development Project. Along with this, the working period of this project will be five years after the approval of the project. In response to the question of MLA Pawan Kajal, the Minister said that 80 percent amount will be given by the Central Government and 20 percent will be given by the State Government in this project. 64 gram panchayats of district Kangra have been present in the project.

Also, due to non-fulfillment of the prescribed rules, Kai Panchayat of Kangra assembly constituency may not participate in this project. At the same time, no Panchayat of Kangra region was involved in Mid Himalayan watershed project. Asking supplementary questions related to the matter, MLA Ashish Butel said that the Integrated Development Project is an agro-based scheme. Agriculture is practiced in every region of district Kangra. Along with this, more panchayats of the district should also be present in this project.

Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said that the widening of Theog-Hatkoti-Khadapathar-Hatkoti-Rohdu road was done in a world-funded project. Along with this, the contract was canceled on September 25, 2018 due to slackness on the part of the contractor and violation of contract rules. At the same time, about 92 percent of the work was completed by that day, in which the part of Hatkoti-Rohru was completed. This section is under the Public Works Department Circle Rohru. At the same time, the Chief Minister gave this information in response to the written question by MLA Mohan Lal Brakta. Along with this route, 50 meters of road cutting, matling 500 meters, taring - 10.500 km, 8 bridges, 3 culverts and retaining walls etc. is. The DPR of this work has been sent to the Central Government for approval. According to the redesign of remaining 8 bridges, DPR has been prepared. At the same time, it has also been sent to the central government.
