Chandigarh: The coalition government of Haryana is trying to woo every section of the debt-ridden government in its first budget. Haryana's Chief Minister Manohar Lal has presented his first tax-free budget as Finance Minister on Friday, February 28, 2020. In this, you can shower gifts on every square. Farmers, youth, women, villages, education, health and social security have been placed on the top agenda by the government.

At the same time, it has been learned that up to Rs 3 lakh interest-free crop loan will be given to farmers with 3 conditions. For economic activities, farmers will get electricity at the rate of Rs 4.75 per unit instead of Rs 7.50 per unit in the new financial year. At the same time it is also being said that the electricity bill of thousands of farmers can be reduced by Rs. 2.75 per unit. Now there will be a board examination of 8th class in the state.

According to the information received, the board of 5th and 8th was scrapped after the implementation of the No Detention Policy. At the same time, the government has set a target of providing one lakh government jobs in Haryana and 25 thousand jobs in the private sector in 2 years outside the state. 4000 Play Way Schools can be opened for children in the age group of 3 to 5. Five hundred new crèches will be opened for children of working women. The government will move ahead with the objective of doubling the income of farmers, employing youth, a new air of development in villages, good education, better health services and increasing social security. The current budget is 7.70 percent higher than the previous year.
