It has increased by 1.35 per cent, i.e., now if the DAta for May and June crosses 127, it can increase by 5 per cent. If the basic salary of the employees is Rs 56,900, they will get Rs 22,191 DA if they have 39 per cent DA.
It should also be known that at the rate of 34 per cent, rs 19,346 is being received at the rate of 34 per cent. With a 5 per cent DA increase, the salary will increase by Rs 2,845. In this way, about Rs 34,140 will increase annually. You know that the government increases DA twice a year. Earlier this year, the government increased the DA. Now the decision to increase DA by 5 per cent is expected to benefit more than 50 lakh employees and 65 lakh, pensioners.
