Covid-19 case is increasing rapidly in Assam. State Health Minister Himant Biswa Sarma said that on Thursday, a total of 892 new COVID-19 cases were registered in Assam, the total number of cases was 20,646. The total cases include 13,554 recovered, 7,039 active cases and 50 deaths.

With the highest single-day spike of 32,695 cases and 606 deaths in the last 24 hours, the country's covid-19 rally reached 9,68,876 on Thursday, informing the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Thursday, Kovid in India. The number of patients infected with -19 has crossed 10 lakh. For the first time in India, more than 34 thousand cases have been reported in 1 day and 687 people have died during this period. This is the sixth consecutive day when more than 28 thousand new cases have been revealed. Along with this, the number of cured corona-infected diseases in India is also increasing rapidly. So far, 6.35 lakh people have returned to their homes after recovering fully.

According to data from the Union Health Ministry, during the last 24 hours, a record 34,956 new cases of covid-19 have been reported, while 687 people have died. The total number of cases of covid-19 in India has increased to 10 lakh 3 thousand 832. Out of which 3 lakh 42 thousand 473 are active cases, while 6 lakh 35 thousand 757 people have been cured. So far, 25,602 people have lost their lives in India.
