Uttarakhandd’s Sursingh Dhar have reported positive for coronavirus. After the news was out following the hostel of the college has been declared a containment zone. In the same regard a sample test of two hundred students was taken.
In the sample tests sixty-five came negative while ninety-three came positive and some reports of students are awaited. Students whose reports come negative are directed to go back home. Further, the District Magistrate Tehri has declared the hostel of the college a containment zone.
The state has reported 5084 new Covid-19 cases and 81 related deaths in the last 24 hours. The total cases in the state stand at 1,47,433 and total recoveries at 1,08,916 with 1466 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
