The crime against children especially girls children is increasing day by day. In a shocking incident, a nine-year-old girl was found chained by her employers in Eden Valley locality of Pakistan’s Faisalabad. The minor girl was forcefully chained to prevent her from leaving the place. According to the information, The girl was a maid at her home. She was badly tortured by house owners. Faisalabad Police received a complaint on the police helpline about the incident. Cops raided the house and rescued the girl.

According to the information, The owners of the house gave been identified as Asif and his wife, Aliya Bibi. An FIR has been registered against them for torturing the minor girl on the complaint of the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau (CPWB) officer Robina Iqbal Cheema. , the accused were charged under sections 328- A, 344 and 34 of the  Pakistan  Penal Code (PPC) and section 34 of The Punjab Destitute and Neglected Children Act 2004.

The accused Asif and his wife have been put in lock-up. As per the complaint, the girl has a number of fresh and old wounds and torture marks on her body as she was chained. An investigation has been launched into the matter.

This incident is not the first incident, this type of incident is common. Earlier in August this year, in another shocking incident, an eight-year-old Hindu girl was brutally gang-raped in Umarkot region of Pakistan's Sindh province. Her eyes were also gouged out. the incident surfaced after a Hindu rights activist in Pakistan tweeted a video clip in which the girl was seen on a stretcher. This became a big issue at that time .
