Gorakhpur: CM Yogi orders to file the FIR against the principal of medical college and doctor Kafeel Khan

Gorakhpur: The Yogi Sarkar has taken strong action after the reports of the death of children in BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur released. Senior IAS officer Anita Bhatnagar has been discharged, while orders have been issued to register a case against six people, including Rajiv Mishra, who is the principal of the medical college and doctor Kafeel Khan.

3 FIRs filed in Hazratganj police station of Lucknow: This action has been done on the basis of the investigation report related to the death of children. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered the inquiry on this investigation report after discussions with his ministers yesterday. In this connection, three FIRs have been registered in the Hazratganj police station of Lucknow.

Corruption case registered against Pushpa Sales: The case of corruption against former Principal of Medical College Dr. Rajiv Mishra, his wife Purnima Shukla and Oxygen Supply Agency Pushpa Cells has been registered. A case of negligence has been registered against Dr. Rajiv Mishra and an accountant of Medical College.

The case against Doctor Kafeel Khan: A case has also been filed against private medical practitioner Dr. Kafeel Khan, who is also a pediatrician in the hospital. The Yogi Sarkar has given the order for action on the basis of the inquiry report prepared by the four-member committee headed by the Chief Secretary of UP.

Dr. Kafeel Khan is the same doctor of Gorakhpur's BRD Hospital, who was firstly praised for the fact that he tried his best to save the lives of the children, but later he was removed from the post on the charge of private practice.
