India suffered a 32 runs defeat in the first test match against England at Birmingham. The top order batsmen failed to perform in both the innings of the first test match. Only Indian skipper Virat Kohli has fought against the English bowling attack. Murli Vijay, Shikar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane and Kl Rahul failed to make a good score.

India vs England Second test is to be played at the Lord’s and team India will put efforts to achieve the victory in the second test. One of the major issues of India is the failure of the Indian vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane. He is the main component who provide strength to Indian batting but Rahane has suffered a major dip in form, averaging a mere 10.72 from this last seven Tests. Rahane got two occasions to prove himself but he failed to make it big.
