Karan Johar’s love for Shah Rukh Khan is not new. It is something which comes out everytime, the former and latter meet.
Karan has given some of the biggest Bollywood blockbusters with Shah Rukh like ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’, and ‘My Name is Khan’.
They have also co-produced ventures like ‘Student of the Year’ and ‘Dear Zindagi’.
Karan has always said that he cannot imagine making a movie without having Shah Rukh associated with it in any manner, hence Shah Rukh also featured in a cameo in Karan’s directorial venture ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’.
In an alleged interview, Karan shared that Shah Rukh Khan has been one of his best experiences of cinema. He also said that while the actor-director duo has been collaborating quite frequently on various ventures in different aspects, the director cannot wait to sign him for a movie in a full-fledged manner.
Karan also expressed his love and fondness for Shah Rukh’s family and said that he counts them as his immediate family.
