New Delhi: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee met senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani in Parliament. He also paid visit to Senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel inside the Parliament.

 Talking about her meeting she told the leading news agency ANII that she knows Advani Ji for a long time. She met him and asked him about his health today.
TMC Chief, CM Mamata Banerjee also met Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan inside Parliament over the same issue as MPs of SP protested yesterday on the issue of NRC.
The TMC (Trinmool Congress) Superemo also met veteran Congress Yashwant Sinha and BJP leader Yashwant Sinha and noted that she has urged Yashwant Sinha and Shatrughan Sinha as well to send a team to Assam to check the reality of National Register of Citizens (NRC).
Meanwhile Rupa Ganguly, from BJP took on WB CM over her bloodbath remark at NRC Assam draft, as saying, ?Is she aware that there are a lot of illegal immigrants in West Bengal? As it is what is happening in West Bengal today, is it any less than bloodbath or civil war? Doesn't she know that every other day BJP karyakartas are being killed?? On the other hand it is the duty of the CM to maintain law & order in the state & not incite violence, said Union Minister Kiren Rijiju on West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's civil war remark NRC Assam issue.
